A member of Washington High School’s Class of 1954, Jack Phillips, for fifteen years, kept his fellow graduates from the 1950s in touch through an emailed newsletter, the Alumni Orange & Black, until passing away in November, 2023. His wife, Debra, has since continued working to keep the publication alive.
